Beginning of the High season

This weekend, we made more than 150 arrivals, half of the rentals are occupied now!

In my previous post I talked to you about the fast check in that I decorated, here is a sneak preview before/after:

We used it this weekend for Saturday and Sunday arrivals.

The principle is simple, facilitate the arrival of customers. We are given them paperwork to fill out and told them that the door of their rental is open, plus we explain them how to get there and that they can settle down. Then they are told that only one person will come to the reception to finalize the arrival and collect the keys of the rental.

The animations too have just started on the campsite, I take part in the welcome show that takes place every Sunday and you will find me in Pumba the warthog one Friday night out of two, during the show of one hour of the lion king!
