Visit of le courant d'huchet
Le Courant d´Huchet, a true umbilical cord that flows through Leon and Moliets and Mâa, more than 600 hectares, is one of the sites, classified as a nature reserve, the most diverse and richest in the region, for ecosystems or biotope.
Le Courant d'Huchet is a connects the pond of Léon and the Atlantic Ocean. It is a site rich in history, traditions and habitats for flora and fauna.
It is possible to walk around it like me or to take it down by boat with a guide.

If you plan to come to the Landes, I advise you to take a little detour to le Courant d'hucher!
A walk of about 1h20 awaits you!

Capbreton
Capbreton is the only port in the Landes. Sublimated by the coast which runs along the city.
It is a place full of history especially with the Blockhouses.

Built during WWII by the Germans, they were used to monitor the coast.
Initially built on the dune, with time and the tides, in a few years these vestiges passed on the beach and thus show us the advance of the sea which continues on the dune.
I recommend a little detour in Capbreton, especially if you are looking for fresh fish, go to the fish market!
